Soul singer Seal will be performing at the Poble Espanyol in Barcelona next month.

BARCELONA, SPAIN, June 29, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Music lovers using Barcelona hotels next month may be planning to see British soul star Seal in concert.

The 47-year-old singer is due to perform at the Spanish city's Poble Espanyol venue on Monday July 26th in one of the final dates of his current European tour.

Known for hits such as Crazy, Future Love Paradise and Kiss from a Rose, Seal is preparing to release a new studio album later this year.

According to an update posted on the artist's official website in April, the new record contains "real magic" and will follow the conclusion of this summer's tour dates.

Seal rose to prominence after featuring on Adamski's hit single Killer, which reached number one in the UK charts in 1990.

His last release was 2009's Hits compilation, which brought together his most successful tracks along with two new songs.

Tickets for the Barcelona concert, which will get underway at 20:00 local time, are priced at EUR40 (GBP32).

Situated on the Montjuic hill, the Poble Espanyol is an open-air museum and arts centre that was built for the Barcelona International Exposition in 1929.
