Bilbao BBK looks set to knock people's socks off with the strength of the bill on offer at the festival.

BILBAO, SPAIN, June 18, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Head down to Bilbao BBK this summer to be treated to some of the best bands from the past 30 years, ranging from icons such as Paul Weller to relative newbies like Los Campesinos!.

Among the older acts that guests at hotels in Bilbao can enjoy at the festival are Alice in Chains, Slayer, Rammstein and Pearl Jam, all of which have been touring for many years and know how to fill a stadium.

It is not just grunge and metal that will be filling the airwaves at the event, which runs from July 8th to 10th, since 1990s legends the Manic Street Preachers, Gomez and Skunk Anansie are confirmed to play.

And for younger listeners, the melodies of popular acts including The Maccabees, Coheed and Cambria, Jet, Biffy Clyro and Bullet for My Valentine.

Two of the last acts to be announced by the organisers before they completed the bill were Feeder and Los Campesinos!, who are both from Wales.

It will all take place at the Kobetamendi arena, which is a 15 minute walk from the city centre, with tickets available online for GBP80.

The exact timings of each performance have not yet been published, but this information will no doubt be made available for people who purchase passes for the festival.
