Music legend Elton John is heading to the O2 Arena in Prague this summer.

PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC, May 02, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- People booking Prague hotels have an opportunity to see Elton John and his band live in concert on Thursday, June 10th.

The pop legend is set to appear in the Czech capital as part of his 2010 world tour, offering European fans the chance to hear hit songs spanning a period of four decades.

One of the most successful artists in the world, John's Candle in the Wind 1997 is the best-selling single of all time with over 37 million copies sold to date.

Known for classic albums such as Goodbye Yellow Brick Road and Too Low for Zero as well as his string of hit singles, the 63-year-old continues to thrill audiences around the world with his energetic live performances.

John headlined a benefit concert to celebrate the life of American AIDS victim Ryan White in Indianapolis earlier this week.

According to the Indianapolis Star, his set included hits such as Your Song, Tiny Dancer, Rocket Man, Crocodile Rock and Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me.

For Elton fans heading to the Prague concert, the music is due to get underway at 20:00 local time and tickets are priced between 990 koruna and 1,790 koruna (GBP33.60 to GBP66.80).
