American band Copeland will be taking to the stage in Kuala Lumpur.

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA, April 21, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- People booking hotels in Kuala Lumpur during May should consider heading to a concert with an indie-alternative band from America.

The trio released their sixth album - You Are My Sunshine - in 2008 and are now embarking on a world tour, which will see them play just one gig in Malaysia.

Part of the appeal of watching Copeland live for any fans could be that the group asked people to pick the set-list for their forthcoming run of concerts.

The Farewell Tour will also be the last time that fans can see the band playing live together.

Anyone who wants to watch Copeland in action should head to the Bentley Music Centre in Kuala Lumpur on May 9th.

Tickets cost RM98 (GBP20.12) if purchased on the door, with the first of the support acts due to take to the stage at around 15:00 (local time).

People attending the concert will be able to make a day of it, with the show scheduled to last until 21:00.

The Night Act and Witherspoon will be the two supporting acts at the Kuala Lumpur gig.

Following their show in the Malaysian capital, Copeland will be heading to Japan where they are due to play two shows - in Tokyo and Osaka - before rounding off their world tour in China.
