Paula Webster-Grant founded Phillybass'd Records, Inc., Philadelphia's newest entertainment consulting group, with Jill Berger, a best friend from elementary school in 2000. Paula, who has loved music for as long as she can remember, got her start in the music industry as a member of an all-girl rock group in high school. Upon graduation, she attended Arcadia University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry and later received a MBA from Harrington University, London. She then went to work in the pharmaceutical industry until 1997, and moved into the area of information science all the while she was honing her expertise in all aspects of artist development, music production, recording and distribution running a production company in Los Angeles, CA.

Recently, Paula and Jill had great success with the shining star of their business, Robert Allen, co-writer of Chris Brown's song 'Forever' and Rihanna's multi-platinum hit 'Disturbia.' Robert has also written eight new songs for Chris Brown's upcoming album, spearheading Kelly Rowland's (Destiny Child's) next album project, writing for Aaron Carter and Ballas & Hough (Dancing with the Stars), and Phillybass'd Records is soon expecting the release of Robert's own album.
